Wines from red grapes

Cabernet Franc – A dry red wine aged in Hungarian oak. Excellent color and a nice nose are lead-ins to the hints of pepper and blueberry in this tasteful offering. Pairs perfectly with steak now or after it has aged in the wine cellar.

Wines from white grapes

Riesling – A fruit-forward dry white wine, with overtones of kiwi and pineapple. Pairs well with a variety of foods. In particular we recommend: salmon, sole with beurre blanc, Thai-style curry, and choucroute garni.

Gewürztraminer – This semi-dry white from the famous German grape stands up for itself with its unique flavor capturing a hint of smoke. You can almost taste the umlaut! Pair with spicy food or just savor by itself.

Vidal Blanc – The sweetest of the whites in our 2017 line-up, this wine presents a good balance of sweetness and texture. A great choice for summer sipping with your favorite cheeses.

Wines from fruit

Made from 100% fruit with just enough sweetness to complement but not overpower the fruit.

Raspberry – A slight bitter note balances well with the intense raspberry flavor of this fruit wine. Serve with lemon sorbet for a flavorful and refreshing dessert or with a salad of orange segments and mint. This wine can also be used as an ingredient in creative food preparation. Our suggestions include adding it to champagne, using it as the base for a reduction to serve with duck, and use it as the liquid component of trifle.

Blackberry – Offering luscious berry flavor with a tart edge, this wine can be the dessert course by itself, or pair with blackberry or black raspberry fool.  

Blueberry – This wine presents a well-balanced blend of fruit and spice, with overtones of tangerine and black pepper. Serve it as a unique dessert wine that may stump your guests when asked to identify the fruit used to make it.

Rhubarb – New for 2017, the attractive pink color of this wine will add a festive note to the dining table. Delicious on its own as a dessert wine or as a base for a sangria-like mixture of wine and fruit such as muddled strawberries and chopped mango.
